Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This policy explains how pre-orders work and how you can change or cancel them. Dream Girl Hair is a trading brand of Dooa Hair and Beauty Limited, which processes all orders, payments, cancellations and refunds.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

PRE-ORDERS
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. We may take full payment, a partial deposit or no payment at checkout. If we do not take full payment, we will store your payment method securely with our payment provider and charge the full or remaining amount when your order is dispatched.

The expected dispatch date will be shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If the date changes, we will let you know by email.

PRE-ORDERS WITH OTHER ITEMS
If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, we may dispatch the in-stock items first and send the pre-order items separately once they are available. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation and tracking number for each parcel.

CANCELLING BEFORE DISPATCH
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us at info@dreamgirlhair.com with your order number. We will refund any payment or deposit you have made in full, to your original payment method, within 14 days.

CANCELLING AFTER DISPATCH
Once your pre-order has been dispatched, you can no longer cancel it. You can still return it within 14 days of delivery under our Return and Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, items that have been removed from their sealed packaging cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

IF WE CANNOT FULFIL YOUR PRE-ORDER
If a pre-order product becomes unavailable or is significantly delayed, we will contact you. You can choose to wait for the new dispatch date or cancel your order for a full refund of any payment or deposit you have made. If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order at all, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
