Delivery Charges:
Delivery in the UK is free of charge on all orders above GBP 200.For orders below GBP 200, we will charge you a small shipping fee of GBP 25. If the value of your order is under GBP 200 and you choose cash on delivery as your mode of payment, your total charge will be the order value plus GBP 40 (GBP 25 shipping fee + GBP 15 COD fee). Credit/ Debit card and PayPal are free payment options.
We like to give our customers the flexibility of paying cash on delivery but we have to pay our courier an extra fee for all cash on delivery (COD) orders. Hence an extra COD charge of GBP 15 is added only when you choose cash as your method of payment. There are no extra fees if you use a credit card or debit card.
Return / Exchange Process for UK
- To initiate the return process of the item which you wish to return, you can contact us via phone on +44 (0) 020 8961 7978 (9Am till 6pm, Monday to Friday)
We will inform our courier to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days.
For all prepaid orders, we do offer a refund on credit/debit card.
If you paid for your order via a credit/debit card, you can return items to DG and also ask for a refund to your credit/debit card.
Just log into your DG Account and create a return request Or send an email request to customercare@dooa.com within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused along with the packaging (Plastic Bag or Brand Box), and the original tag(s) still attached and unused.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
